We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase from us and we want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you. 

All the items purchased can be returned in store if within 30 days from the day you purchased.

Faulty Goods

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product and want to claim a return.

you need to provide proof of purchase from us to make a claim by Providing:

 a satisfactory proof of purchase such as original register receipt, tax invoice, or a proof of online purchase. You are also entitled to choose a exchange, refund or replacement. For the faulty goods purchased.

Blumax reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund, or replacement where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Change of mind returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase Blumax will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  •    Your return the items within 30 days of purchase,
  •    Provide a satisfactory proof of purchase: original register receipt or tax invoice, or online        
  •    Proof of purchase.
  •    The item is in re-saleable conditions including its original packing (if any) is unused and as sold.
  • Shipping fee will be charged for this service.

Refunds can be only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase or refund to the account used to pay for the item in the case of 30 days business account holder.

Where a credit card attached to an original purchase cannot be produced, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
